Future of hotels at Ydalir

MASE partnered with Ydalir Hotel to pilot the MASE Bed in a compact hotel room. Over 6 months guests stayed in the 17m2 room, shifting seamlessly from bedroom to workspace to workout area with a click. Through interviews and surveys, guests shared their experiences, highlighting the extra usable space and intuitive day-to-night flexibility.

Beyond guest experience, MASE frames the concept as a way for hotels to build smaller, smarter rooms that can cut carbon footprint, increase room density without losing quality, and future-proof layouts, insights they’re using to refine the system and pursue more European partnerships.
